LED Display Inspection Process

1. Semi-finished product electrical property test: Before the semi-finished product module is sealed, after the QC test to ensuer LED display module is completely OK, then all the products are powered on and subjected to high temperature aging for at least 48 hours.

2. Finished product aging test: The finished product module is installed on the LED Cabinete, and simulates the on-site assembly of the screen. It can be shipped without failure after 72 hours of aging test.

3. Outdoor screen waterproof test: Outdoor LED full color display screen has increased the high-pressure flushing experiment on the screen body, and each tank is subjected to water ingression and water pouring experiment to ensure waterproof effect.

4. Anti-corrosion testing: To ensure the corrosion protection reliability of circuit boards and chassis that have been repeatedly processed, salt spray tests must be performed during the production process.

5. Vibration test: For outdoor traffic induced full-color led display, car full-color LED display, ship-mounted outdoor full-color LED display and mobile LED full-color electronic display, because its work is often in vibration conditions, To ensure product reliability, vibration tests must be performed.
